Our Offerings

  • Play Group for All Families

This inclusive play group welcomes people of all abilities, all ages, alongside a parent or caregiver for free play as well as semi-structured activities designed to build essential life skills. Our skilled facilitators create a safe, accepting space where every individual can practice making friends, taking turns, expressing feelings, and navigating social situations at their own pace. Parents connect with a supportive community while learning practical strategies to reinforce skills at home.

  • Meaningful Programs for Adults

Programs are designed to help adults with additional needs develop meaningful connections, build essential life skills, and discover the joy of being themselves.

We have had a lot of fun hosting parties, dances, and cooking classes where the focus is on connection and community.

We are currently taking participants for Cooking & Connection in June 2026! Click below to learn more and register.

  • Neurospicy Women's Group

A space to connect, breathe, and bring your unfinished projects.

This group is for adult women with ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc. who want a place that gets them. We will talk honestly about life, share strategies that work (and ones that don't), and build community with other women who understand.

Bring yourself. Bring your knitting, your half-done painting, your boring paperwork. All of it is welcome here. Facilitated by Into Inclusion's clinicians with peer support built in.

Stay tuned for our next group!

  • Individual and Small Group Coaching

1:1 and Small Group Coaching: Executive Functioning + Meaningful Action

Whether you're navigating school, work, relationships, or just the daily logistics of being a human, our coaching helps you build practical skills for the day-to-day — and connects them to what actually matters to you.

    We blend two evidence-based approaches:

    • Executive functioning support — planning, task initiation, organization, time management, follow-through, and self-monitoring

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a values-based framework for moving toward what matters

    Two formats:

    • 1:1 virtual or in person coaching — fully personalized to your goals, pace, and preferred tools

    • Small group coaching — connect with others working on similar things, with structured skill-building and peer support

Coaching is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with specialized training in ACT and executive functioning frameworks.
