Neurospicy Women's Group
A space to connect, breathe, and bring your unfinished projects.
This group is for adult women with ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc. who want a place that gets them. We will talk honestly about life, share strategies that work (and ones that don't), and build community with other women who understand.
Bring yourself. Bring your knitting, your half-done painting, your boring paperwork. All of it is welcome here. Facilitated by Into Inclusion's clinicians with peer support built in.
Our group meets monthly. Check our our social media pages @intoinclusionny and our “upcoming events” tab on the website to learn about our next group!
Free or low cost offering ($5 suggested donation per family)!

Want your school, business, or program to be a more welcoming place for neurodivergent people? Into Inclusion offers staff training and consultation for organizations ready to adopt more inclusive practices. We tailor it to your team — a single workshop, a training series, or hands-on support as you put new practices in place.

Individual and Small Group Coaching
1:1 and Small Group Coaching: Executive Functioning + Meaningful Action
Whether you're navigating school, work, relationships, or just the daily logistics of being a human, our coaching helps you build practical skills for the day-to-day — and connects them to what actually matters to you.
We blend two evidence-based approaches:
Executive functioning support — planning, task initiation, organization, time management, follow-through, and self-monitoring
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a values-based framework for moving toward what matters
Two formats:
1:1 virtual or in person coaching — fully personalized to your goals, pace, and preferred tools
Small group coaching — connect with others working on similar things, with structured skill-building and peer support
Coaching is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with specialized training in ACT and executive functioning frameworks.
